Recipe – Empty entire pouch of YUMMY UDID VADA PREMIX in a vessel. Take around150 ml water, pour slowly and keep mixing it. Now add 2 table spoon of refined oil. Once done keep it aside for five minutes. Now take some green chilies, wet coconut slices as per your taste, add them into Medu Vada Batter. Batter shouldn’t be too thin nor too thick. Heat oil on a low flame. Make your palm wet, make small balls, place them on your palm and insert your thumb in it and shape it round, now slide only one to hot oil, or else take small plastic sheet apply oil on that, now make small balls of your choice of Medu Vada, place it on plastic sheet, using finger make small hole and shape as per your requirement. Drop only one to check whether it is hard or soft. If you feel it’s quite hard from outside, then add little water and add pinch of eating soda. Mix well and drop one more Medu Vada. If it is perfect, now drop one by one and fry them till they are golden brown. Now your YUMMY UDID VADA is ready.
