Recipe –  Empty the entire content of YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE PREMIX packet in a vessel. Now preheat cooker without rubber & whistle. Grease oil or apply oil or sprinkle all-purpose flour or maida in a container or cake mold, in which cake has to be baked. Keep it aside, now take a vessel in which YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE PREMIX packet is poured. Add 3 table spoon or 20 ml refined oil (make sure there is no smell in refined oil). Add 110ml water or milk & whisk it in one direction, there should not any lumps. Batter shouldn’t be too thin or too thick.

Now pour entire batter into container or mold. Keep ring in a cooker and place container or mold on it. Already cooker is preheated, close lid without whistle / rubber. Keep gas stove flame on medium for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes’ poke knife or toothpick to check whether cake is cooked, if knife or toothpick comes out clean means cake is ready or else keep it for another 5 to 6 minutes. Once cake is ready, keep it aside to cool, now scrape the vessel with a knife and flip the vessel to remove your YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE. You can garnish with nuts of your choice. Your cake is ready.

पकाने की विधि – YUMMY चॉकलेट केक प्रीमिक्स पैकेट की पूरी सामग्री को एक बर्तन में खाली कर दें। – अब कुकर को बिना rubber और सीटी लगाए प्रीहीट कर लें. एक कन्टेनर या केक मोल्ड,जिसमें केक को बेक करना है, तेल लगाएं या मैदा छिड़कें। इसे एक तरफ रख दें, अब एक बर्तन लें, जिसमें Yummy चॉकलेट केक प्रीमिक्स का पैकेट डाला हो। 3 टेबल स्पून या 20 मिली रिफाइंड तेल डालें (सुनिश्चित करें कि रिफाइंड तेल में कोई गंध न हो), 110 ml पानी या दूध डालें और एक दिशा में फेंटें, कोई गांठ नहीं रहनी चाहिए। बैटर ज्यादा पतला या ज्यादा गाढ़ा नहीं होना चाहिए.

अब पूरे बैटर को कन्टेनर या मोल्ड में डाल दें। metal or plate को कुकर में रखिये और उस पर कन्टेनर या मोल्ड रख दीजिये. कुकर पहले से गरम है, बिना सीटी/rubber के ढक्कन को बंद कर दें। गैस चूल्हे की आंच को मीडियम पर 20 मिनट के लिए रख दें। 20 मिनिट के बाद चाकू या toothpik को चैक करने के लिए

use कर दें।अगर चाकू या toothpik साफ निकलता है तो मतलब केक तैयार है, या फिर 5 से 6 मिनिट के लिए रख दीजिये. केक तैयार होने के बाद, इसे ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें, अब बर्तन को चाकू से खुरचें और बर्तन को पलट दें ताकि आपका स्वादिष्ट चॉकलेट केक निकल जाए। आप अपनी पसंद के dry fruits से सजा सकते हैं। आपका केक तैयार है।
