Recipe – Empty entire pouch of YUMMY DAL VADA PREMIX in a vessel. Take around 150 ml water, pour slowly and keep mixing it. Now add 2 table spoon of refined oil. Once done keep it aside for ten minutes. Now take some green chilies, garlic, ginger & coriander leaves as per your taste, add some water and mixer it into granule paste. Mix it in a batter. Batter shouldn’t be too thin nor too thick. Heat oil on a low flame. Make your fingers wet, make small balls or shape as per your requirement. Drop only one to check whether it is hard or soft. If you feel it’s quit hard from outside, then add little water and add pinch of eating soda. Mix well and drop one more ball or dal vada. If it is perfect, now drop one by one and fry them till they are golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce or pudina chutney.

Dal Vada Mix -पकाने की विधि – YUMMY दाल वडा PREMIX की पूरी थैली एक बर्तन में खाली कर लें। लगभग 150 ml पानी लें, धीरे-धीरे डालें और मिलाते रहें। अब 2 टेबल स्पून रिफाइंड तेल डालें। एक हो जाने के बाद इसे दस मिनट के लिए अलग रख दें। – अब अपने स्वादानुसार हरी मिर्च, लहसुन, अदरक और धनिया पत्ती लें, मिक्सर में पानी डाल कर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना लीजियेइसे दाल वडा बैटर में मिला लें। बैटर न ज्यादा पतला और न ज्यादा गाढ़ा होना चाहिए. धीमी आंच पर तेल गरम करें। अपनी उंगलियों को गीला करें, अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार छोटी गेंदें कोई भी आकार बनाएं। पहले एक बार में एक दाल वडा छोड़ दें, यह जानने के लिए कि यह बाहर से सख्त है या नरम, अगर आपको लगता है कि यह बाहर से सख्त निकल रहा है, तो थोड़ा पानी डालें और चुटकी भर खाने का सोडा मिलाएं। एक और दाल वडा छोड़ दें, अगर यह सही है तो अब एक-एक करके दाल वडा डालें और सुनहरा भूरा होने तक तलें।टमैटो सॉस या पुदीना चटनी के साथ परोसें
