Recipe – Empty entire pouch of YUMMY GULAB JAMUN PREMIX in a vessel. Take
some water, keep pouring slowly and keep mixing it. Dough should not be too thin nor
tough. Maintain consistency of water, shouldn’t be too thick as chapati dough. Now add 2 table spoon of refined oil. Once again with soft touch mix it and make soft
dough. Apply oil on a palm, take some portion of dough, make small balls. See to that there are no any cracks in balls. Heat oil on a low flame, now slide only one into hot oil to check whether it is hard or soft. If you feel it’s quite hard from outside, then add little water and add pinch of eating soda. Mix well, and drop one more Gulab Jamun Ball in oil. If it is perfect, crispy from outside and soft from inside then drop one by one in a frying vessel, don’t make it over crowded, or else Gulab Jamun balls will not
fry from all side. Fry till they are golden brown on low flame, now time to make sugar syrup. Measurement is 1:2, one portion of sugar then two portion of water. Once sugar is dissolved add 2 to 4 cardamoms, add two to three drops of lemon juice in it. Mix well. Drop all Gulab Jamun balls in that sugar syrup. See to that vessel has wide mouth, or else Balls will not absorb syrup. Once Gulab Jamun Balls are cold then only drop them in sugar syrup.
